Delivery Terms

Your order can be shipped as quickly as the next day via DHL to most countries.

Transit times range from 4-5 working days between shipping from our warehouse in Lebanon to arrival of the parcel at your country platform (generally the capital city). Delivery to your address can take 1-2 extra working days, depending on your distance from the platform.

Any clearance fees, VAT and Customs duties are to be paid by the customer. Here is an example for expected fees for 2 countries:

• United Kingdom: clearance charge of 15 GBP, plus 20% VAT and 4% duty for shipments above 135 GBP
• France: for shipments above 20 Euros, clearance charge of 61 Euros plus 4% duties and 19.6% VAT
